2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity performed under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• No attempts to bypass security or access unauthorized data.
• No automated scraping outside approved APIs.

4. Service Availability

Platform features may evolve, be paused, or be discontinued while we improve reliability and quality.

5. No Medical Use

Outputs are not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or health monitoring.

6. Commercial Purchases

Where third-party stores are involved, their pricing, policies, shipping, and returns control the final transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, interfaces, and platform content belong to SXT Styles and licensors unless explicitly noted.

8. User Content

You retain rights to your uploads. You grant SXT Styles a limited license to process them for platform operation and service delivery.

9. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material violations, fraud, abuse, or security risk.

10. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and indirect damages are excluded.
